Aiden has spent 19 years working in mineral exploration, from early-stage greenfields to near-mine brownfields and underground projects across several jurisdictions. Following a two-year stint in the Yukon and Abitibi in Canada in 2007-2008, Aiden completed a MSc in Mining Geology at the Camborne School of Mines in 2009/10 after which a stint of 3 years in East Africa focussed on epithermal gold discovery resulted in a strategic alliance with Anglo Gold Ashanti and the Pandora Discovery in Djibouti. Following this, he was a founder of Erris Resources in Ireland which is now Zinnwald Lithium Plc. Aiden worked with Erris Resources from startup (2013) and managed exploration for the Company through to listing on AIM, becoming COO and managing surface and underground drill projects in Ireland, the Abbeytown UG mine re-access and a 4-year strategic alliance with Centerra Gold in Scandinavia prior to the RTO with Deutsche Lithium and name change to Zinnwald Lithium Plc. Green Glen Minerals, an Erris spinout, discovered an exciting high-grade gold prospect in Scotland and remains a private company. More recently he managed various work programs and a drill project at the Olserum REE project in South Sweden which led to a new deposit model and district-scale exploration play for REEs. He was also interim CEO at the Company European Green Metals, now European Green Transition Plc (AIM) prior to joining Northmin as General Manager, QP and Director for the Tynagh Project in Ireland.
